Let’s be honest, this is more of a method than a recipe but I found myself coming back for more and more after making this simple dish. Because who doesn’t love simplicity when it comes to food prep? The addition of smoked sea salt is what really gives this dish that extra special flare. I have been sprinkling this sea salt unapologetically over just about everything. I just can’t help myself! An extra bonus that comes out of making this recipe? Making a big batch gives you a load of veggies to eat throughout the week! And of course, it is AIP and Paleo friendly!
