Strawberry-Banana Protein Smoothie

Serves: 1-2 servings
A simple and delicious smoothie recipe packed with healthy fats and added protein!
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ avocado (this adds healthy fats and creaminess to the smoothie)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 handfuls mixed greens
  • 6 oz coconut water
  • 1 T pure maple syrup
  • 2 T collagen hydrolysate(this tasteless powder adds protein to the smoothie and is amazing for skin, hair, and gut health)
  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender. I used my Blendtec and blend.
  2. I like to add the collagen hydrolysate at the very end after I have already mixed everything together.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
